While accessing our services through Sychedelic.com, the Sychedelic Mobile App, or when using our Sychedelic headphones, Pankhtech offers to store the basic information of the user in two parts in its database. One part shall contain the basic details of the user/customer i.e. the name, age, city, gender. The second part shall contain the health data metrics collected through our headphones. Pankhtech shall not have access to cross reference the information of both parts. For example: Pankhtech would not know that the x metrics belong to a 30 year old female named Ria from Delhi.

We collect information you provide directly to us by choice, including but not limited to:
1.1.1 Your Personal Information
"Personal Information" refers to the information that will help identify a specific person from the data entered by you including your name, contact information, address, mail address, health data and information from inter alia EEG and PPG sensors in our headphones, calendar access, etc. This information may either be one provided by you directly or collected by us automatically as you navigate through our services which details like IP address, information collected through cookies, etc.
1.1.2 Account Information
Your full name, email address, postal code, password and other information you may provide with your account, such as your gender, mobile phone number, product access to calendar and other health details required to access the Sychedelic website, Mobile App, and to use the headphones. Your profile picture that will be publicly displayed as part of your account profile.
1.1.3 Requests
Information shared when contacting customer support, including issue descriptions and supporting documents related to your Sychedelic headphones, website access, or mobile app functionality.
