makes us human.
The science to strengthen human cognition has existed for decades. It just hasn't been accessible. Sychedelic is the instrument that changes that.

Target: global top-5 neurotech
She was 25. I was 22.
A brain infection. Six months watching her deteriorate — and no metric could tell us what was happening inside her mind. The signals were there. We just had no way to read them.
Losing my sister didn't just take her. It left me with PTSD, anxiety — a nervous system that couldn't tell the difference between danger and memory. It taught me, from the inside, what it means when your brain works against you.
That's what started our obsession. We founded Neuphony with one mission: help people understand their brain before it's too late. Four years of building, of tracking — until we hit a hard truth.
Tracking isn't enough. People don't want data. They want their lives back.
That's why Sychedelic exists. Not another wearable. A device that actually intervenes — reads your stress in real time and helps you overcome it. The anxiety. The sleeplessness. The cascade that leads somewhere worse.
This is not the end. It's the beginning.

Ria Rustagi
Co-founder & CEO, Sychedelic
We work with engineers who care about precision at the signal level, scientists who question the consensus, product thinkers who treat unnecessary friction as a personal failure, and marketers who believe substance outlasts noise.
If our mission feels like your work too — we'd like to hear from you.

Privacy.
Your data is not for sale. We don't share your biometric data with any third party without explicit consent. You are in charge of what the device knows about you.
Sustainability.
We design hardware to be repairable and built to last years — not months. A device that reads the body should be held to a higher standard than consumer electronics that ends up in a landfill.
Quality of life.
We build at the intersection of technology and health. The goal is not performance for its own sake — it is making every day healthier, clearer, and less depleting.
Design.
Technology only scales when it removes itself from notice. We build for a world where the interface disappears and the result is undeniable.
Taking initiative.
We don't wait to be assigned. Everyone at Sychedelic is expected to identify what needs doing and move toward it — with or without a prompt.
Enjoying autonomy.
We hire people we trust and then get out of their way. Autonomy is not a perk here — it is the condition under which the best work gets done.
We're launching on Kickstarter. Join the waitlist now and be among the first to back the Sychedelic — before it opens to the public.
